The system is available in 4 different sizes as the system rings should be a nice snug fit, tight enough to prevent a testicle slipping back through, but not to tight to be uncomfortable. Using a finger and thumb put them around your scrotum and gently pull down making sure your testicles don’t slip through your grip, but making sure it’s comfy…and that’ll be the size you need.
