If you wish to exchange the products ordered for any reason what so ever, you can do so within 7 days of receipt. Please note that we cannot refund or exchange unwanted items if the product has been used or the original sealed packaging has been opened. All unwanted products should be reported to Your MANDAX Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org where we will issue you with a Authorisation Code for the return of the product. You must receive this Authorisation Code before you return your product.
Your MANDAX offers a 60 days replacement policy on any faulty products. Any faults should be reported to Your MANDAX Customer Service at email@example.com Please provide a full description of the fault within the email. We will then issue you with a Returns Form showing your Returns Authorisation Code and detailed instructions for the return of the defective product. Please enclose a copy of this Returns Form with your product.
All returned products will be tested and those found to be defective will be replaced within 14 days. If products are found not to be defective they will be returned to you at your expense.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days for a refund. However, if your parcel has already been dispatched you will be charged for the cost of shipping and a refund will not be made until the parcel has been returned and received back by Your Mandax. Please remember that we work on a same day despatch system so to avoid the postage charge and delayed refund you should try to inform us on the same day that the order is made. If we think that non-faulty items have been worn or soiled, or if the sealed packaging has been opened we will not issue a refund but return the goods to you at your expense.
A refund cannot be issued until Your MANDAX receive the products in question. The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation. At Your MANDAX we aim to refund you within 14 days.
How to return a product
If you are returning an unwanted product please make sure you wrap the item securely, Please include the Returns Form complete with the authorisation code in your parcel, ensuring your details, and reason for return are correct. We recommend that you send the product by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of the product when you are returning them to us. Your Mandax will pay postage costs relative to faulty products although you will be responsible for postage costs for unwanted goods.
